Valhalla by Doepler

The painting shows an open court with ornate columns.

Foreground: On the left a woman stands, an empty cup in her hand.  Beside her is a table with three men eating, two on one side of the table facing forward, the other facing the background.  The man closest to the woman is looking back at the crowd behind them, one arm extended.  Beside him, the second man looks to the woman, presumable asking for service.  The third man sits opposite him, looking on.

To their right, one of the gods sits on a throne, wearing a blue cloak, a winged crown on his head, a golden armband on his left arm.  A wold stands beside him, looking at the table of men.  

Background: Various men stand talking and carousing, some with cups raised.  Among the men stand a few women.  At least two of the men wear crowns, suggesting royalty.
