In the foreground are the dark blue rippling waters of the Aegena sea, a cone of light playing over them from the sun sitting just above the horizon in the center background. Low lying mountains can be seen on the horizon on either side of the sun.

The sky at the horizon is a pale green shading towards yellow and orange near the sun. Moving upward from the sun, the sky shades from pale blue to a deeper blue.  Several thin clouds are just above the horizon and highlighted by the sun.  Above is a larger, darker cloud, shaped like an elongated tear drop with a few wispy clouds above it.
