In the background of the photo are several buildings with open walls and what appear to be thatched rooves.

In the forground is a white stone wall with a pillar that seems to show islands on water.  Beside that is a huge turtle statue.   On the side of the turtle shell are what look like two tongues of flame.  Beneath the shell are the turtle's four legs, which appear to have sandals as foot coverings.  The turtle's neck extends from the left side of the shell, curving upward and ending in the head.  The neck looks like it is covered in scales.  The head wears a helmet.  The mouth is open, and the head is stylized like a dragon's.
