The picture features an Egyptian painting with two figures in the center.  The bodies of each face the viewer, but the feet and heads face each other, a characteristic typical of Egyptian art.  

The figure on the left wears a head covering, shirt, and skirt.   The one on the right wears a skirt, head covering, and neck ornamentation.  The figure on the right appears to be offering food and drink to the figure on the left.  

Around the two figure are various iconographic drawings.

The color is faded from the picture although both figures appear to be dark complected.
